  • Q: What are EMES essential oils made of?

    A: Our prestigious essential oils are made of the highest quality extract producing 100% pure essential oil. EMES strictly adheres to the guidelines of the International Fragrance Association (IFRA). Based in Geneva, Switzerland, and founded in 1973, the IFRA is the official, self-regulatory representative body of the fragrance industry worldwide. EMES is also RIFM, IARC, NTP and OSHA compliant. It ensures the safety of fragrance materials through a dedicated science program. As you receive new products, the fragrance may, but rarely, change slightly from a previous purchase. Our oils are hypoallergenic, paraben-free, vegan, phthalate-free and petroleum free and are safe for diffuser use.

  • Q: Can I purchase a specific style/color bottle and label for amenity gifts/gift baskets for corporate events, weddings, or hotels?

    Yes! We have the flexibility based on quantity ordered to customize the color of our bottles including modifying our labels.  This is popular with our hotel amenity baskets and our corporate events and conferences. 

  • Q: Does EMES private label?

    We have many requests to private label our fragrances. Please contact us for more information.

  • Q: Are your fragrances allergy tested?

    Our lab testing removes all hazards and allergens from the fragrances. We carefully follow the regulations of the IFRA. Our oils are hypoallergenic, and are safe for topical use.

  • Q: What happens if I don't like the fragrance I received?

    We will happily send you a different fragrance. If you’re unhappy with a product, just get in touch with us. We guarantee your satisfaction. Unfortunately, this does not apply to the Fragrances of the Month Club.

  • Q: How do you guarantee the security of my credit card information?

    We use Shopify for our subscription billing. With Shopify, your information is securely stored in their PCI-compliant system. Your credit card numbers never touch our servers.
